MDG Contracting looks at its upcoming projects and how it can be better suited to the needs of the facility. Each facility is unique and yet they are all the same. Each facility has a different floor plan, a different style of interior yet, every facility has its residents to think about in the end.
Operations
MGD Contracting takes in to account the logistics of how each facility operates as well as its layout. For example, if doing a renovation of the kitchen, how long will food service be interrupted; can residents dine as usual; what special arrangements need to be made. We think about how each project will affect the staff’s ability to properly care for its residents and minimize the disruption of day to day operations.

Each one of the MDG Contracting principals has experience with ensuring facilities are in compliance with the requirements of the state and local municipalities. Upon completion, if a project does not meet the rules of the governing body, the project was unsuccessful and both time and money have been wasted. We work with our clients to ensure that these rules and regulations are incorporated from inception.
