George Jason Mueller III with West Palm Beach based MDG Contracting, LLC is associated with Mueller Development Group, LLC (“MDG”), a Florida limited liability company started in 1972 by George E. Mueller Jr.. MDG is an organization that utilizes the talents of its staff to provide development services to effect the development and financing of real estate to create quality projects in the senior housing industry. MDG develops projects that include: Age Restricted (55+) Apartments, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Independent Living Facilities, Alzheimer’s/Memory Care Facilities as well as Skilled Nursing Facilities.
MDG consists of highly skilled professionals and intends to capture the continuous growth of the senior housing market. The founder and its senior management all have substantial experience in development, financing and construction of projects. It’s leadership professionals include several individuals who have substantial contacts and personal relationships with both long time owners and operators in the senior housing industry, as well as regular interaction with executive management who currently are, or have been, executive officers with commercial banks, investment banks, REITS and HUD Processors, all of which are currently active in lending to the senior housing industry. MDG’s staff also has a substantial number of relationships with multi-family residential developers, major health care providers (including major hospital systems), large affinity groups and others who see the opportunity of the senior housing need by the development of 55+ apartments, ILFs and ALFs with Memory Care components, either on or adjoining their already established developments or campuses.

G. Jason Mueller is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker as well a Licensed Florida Assisted Living Director. Mr. Mueller has over 20 years of experience in the Multi Family, Senior housing and Medical office development and financing. Mr. Mueller also has 10-years’ experience in marketing and advertising doing work for such companies as the Palm Beach Post and Atlanta Journal and Constitution.
Due to the Family business “Mueller Development Group”, Mr. Mueller has had a hand in the industry from a young age and has worked in and around Multifamily, senior housing and Medical institutions most of his life.
Mr. Mueller joined the US Navy in 2001 and spent 4 years serving his country in naval aviation. After returning to civilian life, he obtained a 220-insurance license and worked at ILeader Insurance group insuring Office Buildings, Long Term Care Facilities and PEO providers. After Leaving ILeader, he acquired his real estate licenses and formed Mueller Group Realty Investments to add to the Mueller Group Umbrella.
After joining back with Mueller Group, he directed acquisition due-diligence as well as formulated financial projections. For the past three years, he has headed up Trident Life, a senior housing management company operating and turning around three ALFs in Central Florida with a total of 198 units while adding substantial Memory Care components to each one. Mr. Mueller brings hands on knowledge of facilities systems, operations and rehabilitation. Mr. Mueller attended Valdosta State University and American Intercontinental University Atlanta.
Eli C. Smith

Eli C. Smith, owner of Tampa-based Smithstone and Elias, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Smith has worked on numerous senior housing projects as foreman, field inspector and project manager. His experience with two major General Contracting in the senior housing and student housing industry has given him the ability to assume responsibility for full inspection, bidding and contracting duties related to both new and remodel construction projects.
For the past three years he has been Trident Life’s plant and construction manager for three facilities with a total of 198 beds based in the Central Florida area. Mr. Smith works with construction companies representing MDG as its construction liaison. Mr. Smith is a Licensed Florida Contractor as well as a Licensed Florida Assisted Living Director. He holds a B.S. Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate Degree in Architecture from Broward State College.
